We are back for another jam-packed Saturday of college basketball. One good thing about having a big slate in college basketball is that you almost always get a few underdogs that win outright. That’s what I’ll try and find for you guys as I give you my favorite college basketball underdogs and even an underdog parlay at the end.

We got two solid teams squaring off between Maine and Columbia early Saturday afternoon. But I think the line should be flipped. I think Columbia should be the slight favorite. They’re coming off two straight wins, and I think offensively, they’re better everywhere. Columbia is 35th in the country in regard to PPG, averaging 80 points per game while also shooting 79.9% from the free throw line. I think this could be an up-and-down game, and I’ll take the better offensive team. Give me Columbia on the ML as a short dog.
Southeast Missouri State ML +235 gk2
Let’s go after a bigger dog now. Give me Southeast Missouri State to upset Evansville and give the Purple Aces their first loss of the season. Eventually, this team is going to regress, and I think this might be the game. I agree they deserve to be the favorite, but I only made Evansville a -3 favorite. They did just beat SEMO last week by 19 but I think they’ll clean up some things defensively and not allow Evansville so many easy looks. I’ll take the points in my pockets with Southeast Missouri State, and I also think they’re live.

We’ll close out our 3-leg underdog money line parlay with Southern Miss straight up. I don’t understand this line at all. I honestly thought Southern Miss would open up the short favorite. Southern Miss has been the better offensive team this year, in my opinion, while Milwaukee plays no defense and just allowed 106 points to Colorado, while Southern Miss has yet to allow 80 once. If Southern Miss can get Austin Crowley going, I think this team can win a close game on the road. Give me the Golden Eagles as the last leg of my underdog moneyline parlay.
